Genai Kerr

Genai Kerr is an Olympian, USA Water Polo athlete, and entrepreneur recognized for his impact on water polo coaching and development. A former goalkeeper for the U.S. Men’s National Team, he represented Team USA for over a decade, including at the 2004 Olympic Games, and earned two Pan American Games gold medals. Following his playing career, Kerr founded 5meter Water Polo Camps and continues to coach and mentor athletes nationwide.

Colette Franz

Colette Franz is a former UC Berkeley standout and U.S. National Team member with one of the most decorated careers in Cal women’s water polo history. A three-time All-American, MPSF Player of the Year, and Cal MVP, she graduated as the program’s second all-time leading scorer with 212 goals. She went on to win back-to-back Australian National League championships with the Perth Dolphins and Cronulla Sharks before continuing her success on the Masters stage, earning multiple World Masters medals, including gold in 2017 and 2025.


Marko Ilić

Marko Ilić is an Assistant Coach for the UC Merced Men’s Water Polo team (October 2025 – Present). He previously served as a Volunteer Assistant Coach for the same program from July 2025 to October 2025.
Before joining UC Merced, Ilić gained coaching experience with UCSB Women’s Water Polo and Channel Islands United Water Polo Club.
As a player, he competed collegiately for UC Santa Barbara, graduating in 2024. In Serbia, he represented clubs Zemun and Sabac and was a member of the Serbian Junior National Team (2016–2023).

Nikola Nikolić

Nikola Nikolić is a former Division I student-athlete who competed at St. Francis College and San Jose State University, where he was a conference champion and helped his team to a top-7 national finish. A member of the Serbian National Teams (U16 and U18), Nikolić also played professionally for three years with VK Nais, a Division I club in Serbia.
He brings over a year of coaching experience from Serbia and currently coaches in Northern California with San Jose Express 14U/16U and various water polo camps.


Isabel Rack

Isabel Rack is a motivated coach and former Division I student-athlete with over ten years of experience as a player, head coach, and private instructor. She holds a degree in Education from UC Irvine, where she competed for the Anteaters from 2018 to 2022, and later played professionally in Greece. Isabel currently coaches the SoCal 14U Girls team and serves as an assistant coach at Foothill High School. Known for her strong leadership, tactical knowledge, and team-building skills, she is passionate about creating an inclusive environment, teaching proper fundamentals, and helping young athletes grow both in and out of the pool.


Lyric Soto

Lyric currently works with USAWP as a High Performance coordinator, as well as coaches at SoCal Water Polo. She has also coached at top high school programs, including CDM and Foothills. Lyric played at Orange Coast College for two years. She has been involved with water polo for 16 years, competing for 10 years and coaching for 8 years.


Max Wade

Max Wade, a native of Flower Mound, Texas, is a water polo athlete and coach currently involved in collegiate competition and development. A 2023 graduate of Austin College, Wade is one of the most prolific goal scorers in program history and was named a Division III All-American by the Association of Collegiate Water Polo Coaches in 2020, 2021, and 2022.
After earning his Master of Science in Health and Human Performance from Salem University in West Virginia, Wade served as a graduate assistant for the men’s and women’s water polo teams. He worked as an assistant coach for the University of the Pacific’s men’s and women’s programs during the 2024–25 academic year.  In the summer of 2025, Max became the Assistant Coach for Austin College and currently coaching both the men's and women's team.
He also has experience working with USA Water Polo ODP program and continues to contribute to the sport both in and out of the pool.


Ivan Zivojinovic

Ivan Zivojinovic, a native of Belgrade, Serbia, currently coaches water polo at Mount St. Mary’s University. He completed both his Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science (2024) and Master’s Degree in Data Analytics (2025) at Salem University, where he was a standout player and team captain.
Zivojinovic led Salem to multiple championship titles, including the 2022 CWPA Division II Championship and the 2024 WWPA Championship, which earned a berth to the NCAA Tournament.
A decorated athlete, he earned ACWPC Division II All-America honors (2021, 2022), WWPA All-Conference recognition (2023, 2024), and several All-Tournament selections. He ranks among Salem’s all-time leaders in goals, assists, steals, earned ejections, and field blocks.


Marko Zivojinovic

Marko Zivojinovic is a Serbian water polo athlete with a decorated youth and collegiate career. As a member of Partizan, he captured multiple Serbian Championships and Cups, along with international titles at the Tomo Udovicic, Regional League Final 8, and top Greek and Hungarian tournaments.

He later advanced to compete in the Serbian Super League and Adriatic League before continuing his career in the NCAA at Salem University, where he’s earned All-American and All-Conference First Team honors, multiple Offensive Player of the Week awards, and Academic All-Team recognition.
