Coaching Programs

Basic Level ($150/month, $75 registration fee):

· Load-based macro plan based on individual fitness, goals and commitments

· Weekly assigned schedule based on personal availability and macro load/goal-specific needs

· Receive detailed workouts assigned from our Basic coaching library

· Three emails per week to the coach (athlete must initiate)

· One phone call per week with the coach (athlete must initiate)

· 1 game Video Analysis per 3 months

· 1 adjustment to the macro plan per year

· 1 adjustment to the schedule per week

· 10% off Play WTR Polo camps, clinics and apparel

Premium Level ($400/month, $75 registration fee):

· Load-based macro plan based on individual fitness, goals and commitments

· Weekly assigned schedule based on personal availability and macro load/goal-specific needs

· Receive detailed workouts assigned from our Premium coaching library, and custom workouts as needed

· Detailed Tournament strategy provided for all competitions

· Unlimited communication with the coach

· Pre and post Tournaments emails for all competitions (athlete must initiate and schedule)

· Pre and post Tournament phone calls for all competitions (athlete must initiate and schedule)

· Video Analysis of all your games

· Unlimited adjustments to weekly and macro plans

· 20% off Play WTR Polo camps, clinics and apparel

Additional Services & Pricing

Individual Coaching Consultations - $50 / 30 minutes One-on-one Zoom or phone session focused on technique questions, training adjustments, game strategy, or any topic the athlete wants to dive deeper into.

Video Analysis - $80 / per game. Detailed breakdown of game or training footage

Group Zoom Sessions with Professional Players & Coaches 

Basic Level athletes: $100 per session

Premium Level athletes: FREE

We will occasionally host live group Zoom meetings featuring professional water polo players and high-level coaches. Athletes will be able to ask questions, learn from their experience, and gain insight into advanced training, game preparation, and the overall development pathway. These sessions will also include opportunities to ask about the college recruiting process, expectations at the next level, and how to best prepare for future opportunities.
